Single screw extruder for pipe, profile, sheet and pelletizing lines.
Select a machine configuration to review images, application notes, technical parameters and inquiry details.
Compare screw diameter, L/D ratio, drive power, gearbox, screw and barrel metallurgy, heating and cooling, feeding method and control components. A useful output statement always names the material and operating condition. Abrasive fillers, recycled content and corrosive additives may require upgraded wear protection.
A complete proposal should identify what is included and excluded: main machine model, screw and barrel specification, drive and control components, tooling, downstream equipment, auxiliary systems, test conditions, documentation, packing and service. Ask the supplier to connect every quoted capacity to a stated material and product size. Final acceptance points should be written into the technical agreement before manufacturing starts.
For a useful configuration review, send the full product schedule instead of only the largest size. Include drawings or standards, material source, expected operating hours, local voltage, destination and workshop dimensions. This allows the engineering team to check changeovers, cooling capacity, utility demand and future expansion as one production system.
