01 Conical twin screw extruder
Plasticizes PE/WPC formulation with inverter speed control and intelligent temperature control.
02 Vacuum calibration table
Cools and sizes the extruded WPC profile after it leaves the mould.
03 Cross cutting machine
Cuts skirting, door profile and decorative moulding to required length.
04 Profile stacker
Collects cut profiles for inspection, packing and downstream surface treatment.
05 Finished profiles
Profile surfaces can be printed or laminated for marble and wood-grain designs.
