01 Conical twin screw extruder
Plasticizes PVC compound and provides stable melt output before the pipe mould.
02 Extrusion mould and calibrator
Forms the pipe diameter and wall structure before vacuum sizing.
03 Vacuum calibration tank
Uses vacuum and spray cooling to stabilize pipe dimension and surface quality.
04 Haul-off machine
Pulls the pipe at synchronized speed to keep wall thickness consistent.
05 Cutting machine
Cuts pipe to the required length during continuous production.
06 Belling machine
Optional downstream unit for forming socket ends on PVC water pipe.
