Transfers PVC material into the extrusion section for continuous pipe production.
02 Conical twin-screw extruder
Plasticizes PVC material and supports stable output for the outer, inner and middle layers.
03 Multi-layer pipe mould
Combines the material streams and forms the multi-layer pipe structure.
04 Vacuum calibration tank
Sizes and cools the pipe after it leaves the mould for stable dimensions.
05 Haul-off machine
Pulls the pipe through the downstream line at synchronized speed.
06 Cutting machine
Cuts the finished pipe to required length using the configured cutting method.
