Plasticizes PVC or CPVC material and provides stable output for conduit pipe extrusion.
02 Mould and calibrator
Forms pipe diameter and wall thickness before downstream cooling.
03 Cooling tank
Cools and stabilizes the pipe after moulding and calibration.
04 Haul-off machine
Pulls the pipe through the downstream line with synchronized traction.
05 Cutting machine
Cuts the finished pipe to required length using saw blade or planetary cutting configuration.
06 Belling machine
Optional downstream machine for socket forming after pipe cutting.
