Melts and plasticizes UPVC material before pushing it into the profile mould.
02 Extrusion mould
Forms the target window frame, door frame or decorative building profile shape.
03 Vacuum calibration table
Uses vacuum sizing and cooling to stabilize the profile after extrusion.
04 Vacuum calibration tank
Supports continued profile cooling and dimensional control downstream.
05 Haul-off machine
Pulls the profile at matched speed to maintain straightness and surface quality.
06 Cutting machine
Cuts profiles to preset lengths for stacking, inspection and packing.

Collects finished profiles after cutting for downstream handling.
