Process flow

01 Belt conveyor
Transfers woven bag, film roll, loose film and raffia scrap toward forced feeding.
02 Force feeder
Improves feeding stability and capacity for lightweight film and bag materials.
03 Mother extruder
Melts and vents PE/PP material with a dedicated screw and barrel design.
04 Hydraulic screen changer
Filters contamination before pellet cutting or second-stage extrusion.
05 Baby extruder
Second-stage extrusion improves melt uniformity for cleaner pellet production.
06 Water-ring cutting device
Cuts pellets evenly at the die face and sends them into water cooling.
07 Dewatering machine
Removes process water after water-ring cutting.
08 Vibrating screen
Separates fines and oversized particles before final conveying.
09 Air blower and silo
Conveys finished pellets and stores them for packaging or reuse.
