01 Single screw extruder
Plasticizes HDPE, PP or PVC material and provides stable output for the corrugated pipe forming section.
02 Extrusion mould
Forms the melt into the double wall pipe structure before corrugation and cooling.
03 Forming machine
Uses mould blocks to shape and stabilize the corrugated outer wall during continuous production.
04 Forming blocks
Controls the corrugated profile and supports consistent pipe geometry.
05 Cutting machine
Cuts corrugated pipe to the required length after the forming section.
06 Stacker
Collects finished pipe sections for inspection, bundling and downstream handling.
